Our SCUBA DIVING lodge is ideal for groups that aren't looking for anything super fancy. We DO NOT PROVIDE linens, towels or paper products. There are 3 bedroom spaces and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor there is a nice front porch area as well as one off the side of the building at ground level. This property has a long term basement apartment rental with a separate entrance that is NOT supplied with this rental. There is parking at the property as well as 10+ spots on street parking within 1 block.Please use OUTSIDE shower to rinse off from the beach! Thank you for your help with this.The rate is $160 a nighttime for 8 people or less during the week and $280 a nighttime for 8 people or less on the weekend. There is an additional charge of $20 per nighttime for every person over 8 on the week days and $35 per nighttime for every person over 8 on the weekends. The entire building is treated. Pest Control arrives on site at 9 am and no exact time of arrival at this condo can be given. Pest Control has a key so nobody needs to be present to let them in. They will ring the doorbell, knock and announce themselves loudly before entering the condo. It takes them about 5 mins. to treat the unit and they will lock up when they leave.SANITATION INFO:* Cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant. Linens laundered and sanitized in hot water. (Pool is usually open for the season right after Memorial Day thru Labor Day.) Use the pool at your own physical and health risk. There are no lifeguards at the pool. The HOA requires that all kids under age 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Carteret County Speedway, opened in September 2015, is the vision of track owner Bobby Watson. Watson was a renowned Go-Kart promoter and a racer before that. With a lot of help, which included consultation with “The Last American Hero”, racing legend Junior Johnson, the 4/10-mile track took over a decade to build but the dream came to life in the summer of 2015. On Labor Day Weekend in 2015, the former Go-Kart track hosted its first race as the brand new Carteret County Speedway with Clay Jones claiming the win in a thriller. Carteret County Speedway is 4/10-mile in length with eight degrees (8°) of banking in the turns and four degrees (4°) of banking on the straightaways. The low banking and the wide, sweeping corners makes the track more of a driver’s racetrack. However, Carteret County Speedway is more than just a racetrack. For racers and fans, it’s a racing paradise. Located just a few miles away from Emerald Isle, North Carolina, the track is also a museum of racing history with memorabilia collected over decades surrounding the speedway.
