No stairs in! Located on the first floor, this unit is simple access from the parking lot.

We ask guests to pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee covers your linens, deep cleaning, and sanitizing for your safety.

This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.

You'll find your stay to be painless, with access to all that you need for a nice relaxing get away (or peaceful work space with high-speed internet). A door code will be emailed to you when you book for easy entrance on your schedule (any time after 3 pm on the day you book). Full instructions, info, and a parking pass are supplied in a guest book in the living room. Appreciate!

Boats, boat trailers, RVs and other similar upsized cars are not allowed at this complex.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
