Come spend some time at impressive Atlantic Beach. Stay a week or just a weekend; either way you won't be disappointed. Atlantic Beach offers a peaceful family-friendly ambiance but still offers plenty to do, such as a visit to Fort Macon, browsing local stores, dining out, movies, fishing, boating, or just hanging by the pool. There is also an aquarium less than 10 mins. away and there are beautiful neighboring towns like Morehead City and Beaufort that are great to walkabout, exploring the stores and trying out new eateries. If you want a little adventure, there are boat tours and day trips to close by islands where you can go shelling, see wild horses or just spend the day calming.

The condo is located at Bogue Shores Condominiums. Bogue Shores is a modest two-story building that sits on the Bogue Sound and is right across the street from the beach. There is a huge pool and separately enclosed infant pool on the property, as well as grilles, a gazebo, a fishing dock and boat launch ramp. There is also a pathway with a pedestrian crosswalk that takes you directly from the property across the street to the beach.

The condo was just refreshed from top to bottom and is very clean. We take very good care of it and hope that you will too. The condo is one room, like a hotel room, with a bathroom and full kitchenette. There are two queen beds. Ideally 2-3 people would fit most comfortably, but 4 is the max.. The bathroom is modest and has a standup shower only. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, electric stovetop (no oven), microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. There is a enormous flat-screen TV with cable and wifi available for your use. With linens and towels being included for you, and the condo being equipped with essentially everything you need, we make packing and planning very painless on you! Checking out is also a breeze! For the most part, all you have to do is pack up your stuff and head out! Leave the cleaning to us!

Booking the best Crystal Coast vacation rental experience:

When to go & When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Often, management companies supply Crystal Coast area visitors guides which include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Start by selecting your the best vacation week and a budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration you need. Clean Quaint Bogue Shores Unit has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Crystal Coast rentals search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available online. Otherwise, reach out to the host before booking your home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a rental that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
  • Visiting for a single attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many issues.
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's stay, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the host right away to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to drive future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
