Come and experience all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Ocean vistas galore from this premiere corner OCEAN & POOL VIEW studio unit! Conveniently located next to the Beach (50 steps away). Conveniences include an outdoor pool, PRIVATE Beach Access, kitchen, and 400mbps Wifi. Appreciate peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is a Coastal Bicycle Path for running, bicycle rides, and walking.
Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex.

Savor pretty ocean vistas while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from inside your unit! Just step outside or walk to either of the 2 Gazebos overlooking the Ocean to feel the fresh breezy air. Ideal for single travelers or couples. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a card operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a regular basis. We are in a coastal region by the water so you may still encounter a bug or two during your stay. Please be assured that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly before your stay.

Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is right across the street and Food Lion is just a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a terrific time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
