Dot's Spot is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Almost Oceanfront Home located in handsome Atlantic Beach that accepts many chances to catch those impressive ocean vistas!

Ground Level: Recreation room with Full Bath. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Shares a full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds and shares a full bath. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed with deck access and Shares Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed with Shares Full Bath.

Additional Conveniences: 6 Intelligent TVs with Roku streaming, Interior Washer/Dryer, Highspeed Wireless Internet, Covered Decks, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furnishings, Picnic Tables, Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Gas Grille, Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with attached Ice Maker, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Toaster Oven, Blenders, Air Fryers, and Beach Access.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
