Grande Villas L3 is a impressive 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront villa with plenty of space for you to appreciate your home away from home!

Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a tub and separate shower, and balcony access to take in the wondrous vistas that Emerald Isle has to offer. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a shower. The living area has a 65” flat-screen TV with premium cable channels. There is also a enormous, covered, oceanfront balcony that is generously furnished for dining and viewing that can be accessed from the living room. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you could need, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and a sink that is conveniently equipped with garbage disposal.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
