Hook Wine and Sinker! You've hit the jackpot with this comfortable vacation bungalow! This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanside escape, just a short distance from the sandy shores of Atlantic Beach! This home has access to a community walkway to the beach for your convenience!

You will notice a theme of nautical decor throughout the home that is sure to make you feel right at home during your week at the beach. Bedroom #1 is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, a TV, and shares a bathroom with bedroom #2. The dining table seats four comfortably and there are four more seats right next to it at the bar!

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! Savor the completely equipped kitchen which includes a toaster oven, slow cooker, and blender! Get your piña coladas ready for a day in the sun!

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
