Totally refreshed in 2024 with freshly equipped kitchen, furnishings, and full-size washer dryer. Primary bedroom with King, private bath and deck access. Dishwasher, 3 Intelligent TVs for streaming (65" in living area), wireless Internet access. Water softener and reverse osmosis system. Covered decks with comfortable seating. Weekly only summer, three-nighttime minimum off-season. No smoking. No family pets.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
