The location to the beach is unbeatable and the people are very friendly! Our property has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable experience! Tons of activities. NC Aquarium, Beaufort, Morehead City, and the Atlantic Beach Circle just to name a few.
Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" between guests as there is no enclosed lobby and there is an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The overhead satellite photo show how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and 400mbps WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a regular basis. We are in a coastal region by the water so you may still encounter a bug or two during your stay. Please be assured that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly before your stay.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

• Upon check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
