Summer Winds A-403 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, Fourth Floor, Direct Oceanfront Condo. Linens: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds. Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV with Cable, Community Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer; Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge with attached ice maker; Covered Balcony with Furnishings. Complex has Elevators, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Sticking to a budget:

• To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
