Summer Winds B-439 is a 4-bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo with amazing pool and ocean vistas, including an ocean view from the Master Bedroom. It has elegantly decorated living and dining spaces as well as a huge private covered balcony with a table for dining and new high-top seating. The wet bar off the living area has a refrigerator and bar seating for four. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer area. You will find new carpeting and floor along with fresh new paint. All bedrooms have new furnishings and super comfortable new beds. This abode is very thoughtfully decorated with something to interest everybody, including a well-supplied kitchen, including tons of extras, like a toaster oven, a slow cooker, a blender, and a Keurig coffee maker, in addition to all of the standard appliances you will need to prepare meals and snacks throughout your stay! Summer Winds 439 is equipped with wireless internet for your convenience. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed, its own private bathroom, and private deck access. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 have access to a shared bathroom.

Additional Conveniences: This condo is equipped with community wireless internet for your convenience. There are 4 flat-panel TVs located throughout the home and basic cable is available in the master bedroom and in the living room. There is a wet bar. This condo has the added security of being located in the gated community of Summer Winds and has access to park grilles, a picnic table area, game room access, indoor pool access, outdoor pool access, kiddie pool access, a community exercise center, a community walkway to the beach, community outdoor showers, and access to basketball, shuffleboard, racquetball, and tennis areas. There is a convenient elevator available to you. You can take in the ocean breezes from your handsomely furnished covered deck.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

Getting the best rental value:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Tips for your stay:

  • Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of concerns.
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
  • Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute is filed.
  • Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
