Beachwalk 112 is a bright and beachy, first floor, Oceanfront condo, surrounded by lush foliage. Ocean vistas can be seen from inside and on the deck. Extremely painless access to the property - no steps, no elevator needed, and parking is only a few feet from the front door! Savor relaxing, morning coffee, or dinnertime on the broad private balcony deck area and make use of the simple access from the deck (see photos) directly to the community beach access and the pool! The Community Pool is typically open May 1st - September 30th daily 9am-11pm.

Living Area contains a 37" HD Intelligent Roku TV, DVD Player, and Queen Sleeper Couch (linens not supplied). Dining Area has table seating for 6. Well outfitted kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kuerig, toaster oven, blender, and crockpot. All bathrooms have tile floors. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen Bed, TV, and shared bath acess. Bedroom #2 (Master) has a King Bed, private bath, TV, and Deck access with pretty Ocean vistas. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and private bath.

PLEASE NOTE:

--Even though this is a keyless rental, you must stop by our AB office to pick up your Check-In Packet with Parking Passes. CHECK-IN LOCATION FOR THIS PROPERTY IS AT OUR ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE.

--Parking limit 2 cars - parking pass per car required. Boats and trailers are not allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance October 1st - March 31st, last min. September 15th - 30th and April 1 - May 15th. HOA does not permit Nightly units May 16th - September 14th.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
