Just across the street is a path with direct access to the beach. The Unit is located right by the pool/ kiddy pool for simple access and viewing. The condo offers both air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort no matter the season. Inside, guests find a relaxing space featuring a new queen bed and a futon, ideal for calming after a day of adventure. With Supplied folding chairs and modest coffee table you can sit just outside your door and savor your morning coffee of just appreciate the scenery.
The kitchen has a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, cups, silverware, and pots and pans for cooking. With a Grocery store just 2 mins. up the road, you can quickly pick up any necessities.
In the bathroom, you can shower or take a nice bath.
Supplied with the rental are bed sheets for queen bed, sheets will be setup for queen bed (additional full size sheets and pillows are available for futon in closet), 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes, a dish cloth and hand towel. **Bring your own beach towels! Or you can pick up beach towels at the stores up the road.

The back area of the condo has a grassy area with a view of the sound side, with glider seats and grilles for outside cooking. It’s a peaceful spot to relax.

Some of the close by places to enjoy are the NC Aquarium, Miniature golf, public golf course, Nature reserve paths, or Fort Macon State Park.
Visit NC Maritime Museum - The Blackbeard Museum located in Beaufort, 18 mins. away. You can take a ferry trip to Cape Lookout, go see the wild horses on Shackleford Island, or collect sand dollars on Sand Dollar Island, about 35 mins. away. There are also plenty of stores and Eateries close by on the island, or just 15 mins. over the bridge in Morehead City for more shopping and eateries.

TRASH & DISHES
- The cleaning fee does NOT include taking out the trash or cleaning dirty dishes, drying and putting clean dishes away.
- Place any trash from the unit in the Dumpsters before leaving and make sure any dishes or pots/pans are washed, dried and put away.


Dish soap, a roll of paper towel and toilet paper will be included.

- Minimum age to rent is 25 (except dependent kids)
- No more than 4 people in the unit - no exceptions. You will be asked to leave if you break this rule.

- NO SMOKING in unit
Smoking is only allowed at designated areas OUTSIDE on the property - Not near any common areas or any condo unit.

NO FAMILY PETS
- Only owners are allowed to have Animals on the ground.

NO RENTERS ARE ACCEPTED TO HAVE A BOAT OR TRAILER OF ANY TYPE ON THE PROPERTY. RENTERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO USE DOCKS.
