2. Security Deposit - $1,000 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
