Magical Dreams features 5,850 sq ft of living space that includes a sizable open great room with upstairs interior balconies leading to broad 2nd floor (covered) and 3rd floor exterior decks, 21’ ceiling with architectural beams, fireplace, elevator, and unparalleled vistas of the Atlantic. Prepare your favorite meals in the gorgeous gourmet kitchen that includes ample silverware, dinnerware, beverageware, and serve ware for those who adore to entertain. Savor the main level dry bar, sunroom, and first level 500 sq ft media/game room when you are not basking in the sun or watching sunrise/sunset on your backyard beach. Main Level
Gourmet kitchen entirely outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a 3-compartment commercial grade sink, gas range, pot filler, dishwasher, 36” refrigerator, constructed in microwave and more. Appreciate meals at the dining table that seats 8 with ocean vistas. Beautiful counter height bistro that seats 4, overlooking the ocean. Dining room flows into the completely furnished sunroom for an additional gathering area. The sunroom is also open to the great room. The great room offers a gas fireplace (Fall-Winter), 50” Intelligent TV and sound bar. Cozy up on the couch and soak in the un-obstructed vistas of the beach. There is half bath off the kitchen area. Utility room off the kitchen area has an additional 36" refrigerator.

Bonus Room 2 is street side with a king bed – this additional room would share a bathroom with Bedroom 2. There is access to the ocean front deck from this bedroom.
