Totally modernized in 2021 with professional décor and bespoke millwork throughout. New furnishings and luxury beds (Dream Cloud), unique light fixtures and artwork, and wood/tile floors, no detail is spared in this home! Magical Dreams features 5,850 sq ft of living space that includes a sizable open great room with upstairs interior balconies leading to broad 2nd floor (covered) and 3rd floor exterior decks, 21’ ceiling with architectural beams, fireplace, elevator, and unparalleled vistas of the Atlantic. Prepare your favorite meals in the pretty gourmet kitchen that includes ample silverware, dinnerware, beverageware, and serve ware for those who adore to entertain. Savor the main level dry bar, sunroom, and first level 500 sq ft media/game room when you are not basking in the sun or watching sunrise/sunset on your backyard beach. Take advantage of additional outdoor areas that includes a 12’x26’ private saltwater pool (heated on request for additional fee), hot tub, 3 outdoor dining tables and chairs, comfortable conversation seating areas, and a gas grille. Entry into Bottom Level. Enormous media room with an 85” Ultra HD LCD Intelligent TV, DVD Player and Sound Bar. This huge room also offers a pool table, foosball table, game machine, and eating area. Elevator access to other levels of home.

Bonus Room 1 is street side with 2 sets of bunk beds that have full size beds on the bottom and twin-size beds on the top.

Main Level
Gourmet kitchen entirely supplied with stainless steel appliances, including a 3-compartment commercial grade sink, gas range, pot filler, dishwasher, 36” refrigerator, constructed in microwave and more. Appreciate meals at the dining table that seats 8 with ocean vistas. Handsome counter height bistro that seats 4, overlooking the ocean. Dining room flows into the completely furnished sunroom for an additional gathering area. The sunroom is also open to the great room. The great room offers a gas fireplace (Fall-Winter), 50” Intelligent TV and sound bar. Cozy up on the couch and soak in the un-obstructed vistas of the beach. There is half bath off the kitchen area. Utility room off the kitchen area has an additional 36" refrigerator.

Bonus Room 2 is street side with a king bed – this additional room would share a bathroom with Bedroom 2. There is access to the ocean front deck from this bedroom.

Bedroom 1 is ocean front with a king bed and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and has access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower. This bathroom is off the shared hallway with Bedroom 2.

When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Crystal Coast area. To find the best rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Crystal Coast attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
