Come appreciate our little slice of heaven at Pennies From Heaven a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Almost Oceanfront Vacation Home, located in the secluded area of the island called The Point. The Point is the ideal place for shelling, surf fishing and secluded beach walks! Pennies From Heaven offers Ocean, Sound and Inlet vistas and is roughly 350 ft. to the ocean! Simple beach access is just across the street (see photos)! Savor the amazing ocean breeze of the Crystal Coast on the Open and Covered Decks! If you'd rather be web-surfing than ocean surfing, no worries! Pennies From Heaven provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access! Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower. Level One: Bedrooms #1 and #2 have Queen beds. Bedroom #3 1 Double/Twin Bunk. Level Two: Living Area. Gorgeously-decorated Living Room, with a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV and Oceanview Bistro seating for two. Dining with seating for eight, and additional Bar seating for four. Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Microwave and Icemaker. Additional Conveniences: 3 Color Cable TVs (1 is a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV on Level Two), 3 DVD Players, Bose Sound CD Player, Bluetooth Speaker, Answering Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, High-Speed Wireless Internet access, Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grille.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
