Designed for comfort and convenience, this oceanfront getaway features a entirely equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms with chic fixtures. The cavernous layout includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen, and a third bedroom with one full and one twin bed—ideal for families or groups. Linens and towels are supplied, with freshly made beds ready for your arrival. Weekly units run Saturday to Saturday. No family pets allowed.

At Summer Winds, you'll appreciate resort-style amenities that keep guests returning year after year. Unwind by one of three outdoor pools, take a dip in the heated indoor pool, or relax in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Advice for a wonderful stay:

  • Get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. Put the host's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of concerns.
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
