Endless ocean vistas from this three bedroom oceanfront condo! The handsome vistas and gorgeous interior are a winning combination. The master bedroom holds a queen size bed, the second bedroom holds another queen and the third bedroom holds one twin and one full size beds. The kitchen and baths are refreshed with modern fixtures. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Located in Building A. NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED.

Summer Winds provides an striking number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three huge outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
