Summer Winds C-523 is a handsome fifth-floor unit Sensational Direct Oceanfront Condo, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a King bed, Queen Bed, and Queen Sleeper Couch. 3 Color Cable TVs, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Waffle Maker, Coffee Maker, Slow cooker, Furnished Covered Balcony.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center.
