Summer Winds A-207 is a 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area is gorgeously welcoming with a oceanside style and access to the balcony with Atlantic Ocean vistas.Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private en-suite full bath.

Bedroom #2 has a King bed, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Conveniences Include: 4 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher. Covered balcony with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Sticking to your spending plan:

• In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your Crystal Coast vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
