Welcome to Dock of the Bay! Savor being soundfront on the canal with handsome vistas and a private dock while being less than 1000 feet from the beach!

The Ground Level includes an outdoor patio area, lawn, and private canal dock with use of boat slip - highlights of the home's features! Inside the main entry leads up to the Middle Level. The Middle Level offers a great room with an inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a dining area ideal for your meals, and a modern completely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Also on this level are Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the first shared Full Bath. The Top Level gives way to Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, Bedroom #3 with a King bed, TV, and balcony access, and the second Full Bath.

Note: Exterior lift is not available for guest use at any time.

Linens and towels included with beds made for weekly stays.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
