Or there is plenty to do right at the condo. Just sit on the balcony and watch the boats go in and out of the inlet or savor seeing the wild ponies over on Carrot Island or dolphins swimming in the inlet and creeks.

Old Towne Yacht Club is a gated community which features a range of top-notch amenities designed to enhance your stay. Unwind in our outdoor pool, complete with a hot tub, or fire up the gas grilles for an alfresco dining experience. Stay active in our well-appointed exercise center or socialize at the clubhouse.

For those with a adore for the sea, our marina offers boat slips available for short-term lease, providing a ideal gateway for you to discover the surrounding waters.

To ensure a seamless stay, we have included all basic necessities. All you need to bring is your suitcase.

There is a full kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, and a intelligent TV with internet.
