Pine Knoll Townes # 34 is a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhouse. Simple 90 step walk to the beach from the outdoor Community Swimming pool! Hi Speed Wireless Internet is available through the complex!

Ground Level: Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator. A Half Bathroom is located off the Living Area.

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV and a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has 2 Double Beds and TV. (both bedrooms share a bath).

Additional Conveniences: Hi Speed Wireless Internet 3 Flat Screen TV¡s, Basic Cable, 1 Blu-Ray Player, Deck Furnishings, Entirely Equipped Kitchen, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
