Sea Spray 145 is a first-floor, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanfront Condo. Entirely Equipped Kitchen Area includes a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Living Area features a intelligent TV and Deck Access. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a intelligent TV and Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a intelligent TV.

Additional Conveniences: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Intelligent TVs, Dune-Top-Decks, Community Style Charcoal Grille Access, Coin Operated Washer/Dryer laundry facility.

Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday. Nightly Units available with 3 nighttime minimum (Last Minute and Off Season Only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
