SeaSpray 250 is a second-floor, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanview Condo that is ideal for hideaway to the beach! Kitchen area is entirely equipped and has a Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Plus High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected while you vacation along with a washer and dryer within the unit!

Linens Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins.

Additional Conveniences Include:3 Flat Panel TVS with Chromecast, Covered Decks, Wood Floors, and Ceiling Fans.

Community Features Include: Park Grille Access, Picnic Table Area, Community Walkway to Beach, Community Outdoor Showers, Outdoor Pool Access, Kiddie Pool Access, and Basketball Court Access.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation comes with a 2 car MAX parking limit. Pick up your parking passes at your check-in office.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Atlantic Beach is home to this condo. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
