2 bedroom 2 Bath 1st floor condo at A Place at the Beach III. 2 Twin beds with one pull out twin and A king bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper couch with a queen bed in the living room. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grilles and a mini-store on site

My Condo has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds with a pull out twin With a tv. Ideal for kids. The couch in the living room is a queen bed pull out. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has a flat screen HD TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is entirely equipped. There is also a dining area, drink bar, washer, dryer and dish washer.

About the Area

Atlantic Beach is home to this condo. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Mount Maker Charters are also worth visiting.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Atlantic Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
