Guests have access to the entire condo. Guests also have access to all the resort amenities including the indoor pool and indoor hot tub, the outdoor pool, the beach access, outdoor showers, grilling areas, tennis/pickleball courts, playground area and more!

Two parking passes are supplied with your stay and are located inside the condo on arrival. Both must be displayed at all times in the Sands Villas parking lot — HOA towing policy applies to any car without a visible pass or beyond the two-car limit. Please ensure both passes are visible before leaving your car.

There is a community beach access boardwalk right outside the front of the condo. There are multiple shared outdoor showers/rinse-off stations for guest use, along the boardwalk.

FAMILY PETS
Family Animals are NOT allowed at this condo. Registered service animals are allowed and must be disclosed prior to your arrival.

POOLS
The indoor pool is open year round
The outdoor pool is open during summer season only.

HOT TUB
The indoor Hot Tub is open year round.
Due to local HOA rules, guests must be 25 years or older to book.
