Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a incredible beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds 221 is a attractively decorated Direct Oceanfront Condo with tile floors throughout and great ocean vistas from many places within the condo. The Living Area has tons of seating, Flat Screen HD TV, and direct access to the covered deck with extraordinary vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Giant Dining Area has seating for 6, with additional seating available in the Living Room and Kitchen Bar. The Kitchen and Bar combo is equipped with a microwave & dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker, with seating and plenty of counter space. Master Bedroom #1 has King Bed, Full bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bath.

Additional Conveniences Include: Central Heat & Air. 4 Color Cable TVs, 1 BluRay & DVD Player, CD Player. Washer and Dryer.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail.
