Sun Bay #6 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo located in Atlantic Beach. Sun Bay #6 is a 3rd Level Corner Unit, with elegant vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the Master Bedroom and Sun room. You will be taken away by the Ocean Vistas from the min. you enter the unit! Appreciate the Oceanfront Community Pool after playing on the beach all day! Sun Bay #6 is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The handsome Sun Room at Sun Bay #6 opens to the Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Deck. Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with King Bed and private ensuite bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Open Living Area has great Ocean vistas with Deck Access. Very Giant Kitchen is also on this level.

When to visit & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
