The beach is literally just steps away. Step out on the balcony, walk down the stairs, go to the end of Money Island Drive (150ft), turn west (right) on Glenn Street and go another 50' and the state beach access is right there. The beach is wide and inviting, with white sand and teal water that evokes scenes from the Caribbean.
"Uptown" and "Downtown" (upstairs and downstairs respectively) share a ground floor charcoal grille to the left of the building and an open outdoor shower for rinsing off sand.
NOTE: Airbnb shows "Entire home in Atlantic Beach." What they mean is you are renting the entire condo, not a room in someone's home, which is how that company started. Again, this is only the upstairs unit. You MAY be able to rent both together, but there is no internal staircase to connect them, only the outside stairs.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Macon State Park and Emerald Isle Beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.
