This freshly refreshed getaway features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, offering comfort and style for up to six guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Unwind in one of the two inviting living spaces, ideal for family gatherings or peaceful evenings. The enormous primary suite has an updated walk-in shower, providing a opulent experience. Two additional bedrooms share an updated bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. For entertainment, the bungalow includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball set, offering countless fun for all ages. Savor the tranquility of Pine Knoll Shores and make memorable memories at this striking bungalow.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom and Twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT supplied in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
