Down the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, a TV, and deck access, sharing the second bathroom.

The second floor features a wooden staircase leading to the open living area with cathedral ceilings, wood floors, and two accesses to a cavernous semi-covered deck with ample seating and a dining table. The completely equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as modest appliances like a slow cooker, blender, and two coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee). A short hallway connects the kitchen to a utility closet with a washer/dryer, and a convenient half bath is located across from the closet. (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
