Olde Towne Yacht Club 312 is a beautiful, 3-bedroom, 2-bath Soundfront condo. Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, it offers vistas of both Historic Beaufort and Carrot Island, where the wild horses play. Set in a World Class Marina setting and adjacent to Sandy Beach, this is a impressive place to rest, relax and savor North Carolina's Crystal Coast.

Complex Conveniences: Elevators, Pool, Hot Tub, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Exercise Room, Sauna, Grille area. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Marina with Boat Docking Facilities are available - Slip Units are available through the Complex Association. Guests may fish off the dock as well! Please Note: No boat parking unless guest rents boat slips through the marina.

Bedroom #1 is the Master bedroom with a King bed, Waterfront Deck access, with great vistas. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 each have a Queen bed.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
