This condo complex has the best of all worlds being close to historic Fort Macon State Park, the impressive town of Beaufort, a spectacular drive to Emerald Isle, and don't forget to check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores on the way there! Olde Towne Yacht Club amenities include a cavernous Clubhouse, a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Dressing Area, Grilling Area, a well-equipped Exercise Room, a Sauna and an Elevator.

Olde Towne Yacht Club 312 is a gorgeous, 3-bedroom, 2-bath Soundfront condo. Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, it offers vistas of both Historic Beaufort and Carrot Island, where the wild horses play. Set in a World Class Marina setting and adjacent to Sandy Beach, this is a photogenic place to rest, relax and appreciate North Carolina's Crystal Coast.

Marina with Boat Docking Facilities are available - Slip Units are available through the Complex Association. Guests may fish off the dock as well! Please Note: No boat parking unless guest rents boat slips through the marina.

Bedroom #1 is the Master bedroom with a King bed, Waterfront Deck access, with great vistas. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 each have a Queen bed.

Conveniences include: 4 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet; In-Unit Washer/Dryer; Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher; Private Covered Balcony with Furnishings.

Complex Conveniences: Elevators, Pool, Hot Tub, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Exercise Room, Sauna, Grills (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Macon State Park and Rachel Carson Reserve, while North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights. Sticking to your budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Crystal Coast attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
