Walk or bicycle to town (1.1 miles) to appreciate the waterfront, beautiful stores, beautiful cafes, eclectic eateries, and a vibrant nightlife and live music scene. Or simply stop by the private water access dock at Taylor’s Creek (5-min. walk) to watch the sunset as the boats drift lazily by, without a care in the world. The home is located in the fresh community of BeauCoast and all of its amenities are available to guests – resort-style pool, exercise room, clubhouse (with shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole), pickleball courts, miles of walking areas, fire pit overlooking the ponds, and “Beau Gro ToGo” offering a wide variety of pre-made meals, as well as desserts, beer and wine. When it’s time to venture off the grounds, take a ferry to Shackleford Banks to watch the wild horses or to Cape Lookout to take in all the beauty that nature provides, drive 20 mins. to the pristine beaches at Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle, or visit the North Carolina Maritime Museum or the North Carolina Aquarium. When it’s time to come back home, a gorgeous, new construction home awaits with an upgraded furnishings package. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed, and the sleeping arrangements in the three bedrooms on the second floor are king bed, queen bed and upsized bunk beds. The open floor plan brings in a flood of natural light throughout the day. Wood floors blanket the entire home, granite countertops cover the kitchen surfaces, and the laundry room is located on the first floor for convenience. Read your book on the screened-in back porch or watch the world pass by from the front porch. No detail was overlooked. The home is furnished with a wide array of family games, TVs are in the living room and primary bedroom, and wifi reception is available throughout the home. Tricks and tips to get the perfect vacation rental experience:

How to get the best value:

  • Summer time is high season in Beaufort. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Crystal Coast area visitor guides which will include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Planning, picking, and booking your prefect Crystal Coast rental:

  • Select dates and budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Perfect retreat with resort-style neighbourhood pool close to downtown Beaufort has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually available online. Otherwise, email the property owner before reserving your rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish what is right for your family.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, search for a pet-friendly property. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge additional pet fees.

Advice for your stay:

  • Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • To make sure that no damages are attributed to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon your arrival. Speak to the rental manager immediately to record any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
