Atlantic Beach Bogue Shores Condo complex is less than a 5 min. walk to the public beach and there is a flashing light pedestrian crosswalk to get across the main road. The complex offers a very sizable community pool, a fenced in kiddie pool, outdoor grilles & swings, a gazebo, a second floor deck overlooking the sound/ICW (See deck details below), common space for kids to run around, sound side pier, access to the sound to fish, kayak and parking.Bogue Shores Condos are close to grocery stores, shopping areas, theaters, parks, hiking trails, putt-putt golf, bumper boats, water slides, skateboard parks, kayak and bicycle units, water sport units, fishing excursions, specialty stores, the trendy NC Aquarium, the historic Fort Macon, water taxis and so much more - all in Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Emerald Isle, and Morehead City!The 300 sq foot condo includes a Queen size bed, Queen size couch bed, full bathroom with shower (it is modest), kitchenette (no dishwasher) that is well supplied for your cooking needs, granite area with 3 stools for eating with two 3 drawer cabinets at each end for your clothes! WiFi and cable are supplied. A max. of four people are allowed. NOTE (DECK): If an owner has reserved the deck area for an event, it will not available to anyone else.NOTE (POOL): Kids may NOT be left unattended at Pool. No GLASS/SMOKING/TOBACCO PRODUCTS in in the pool area!!!! NO food or drinks in the pool. Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. POOL CLOSES FOR SEASON in SEPT 30th or OCT if it's still warm - you'll have to inquire with me so I can confirm date with property manager. 30th typically.PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND OBEY THE LIMITED RULES. Please put pass back into the room when you check out. Lost or passes taken home will result in $50 being kept from your deposit to pay the HOA for a replacement.- Linens are supplied but bring your own beach towels! Dish soap, body soap, hand soap, a roll of paper towel and toilet paper will be included.- NO SMOKING and only owners are allowed to have Family Animals on the ground. We do NOT allow family pets but we do follow the regulations for service & emotional support animals.- The cleaning fee does NOT include taking out the trash or cleaning dirty dishes, drying and putting clean dishes away. - Smoking is only allowed at designated areas OUTSIDE on the property - not near any common areas or any condo unit.- No more than 4 people in the unit - no exceptions. You will be asked to leave if you break this rule. The community septic system will fail if it is overtaxed.- No boat/kayak trailers are allowed on the complex during peak season. The NEW "CEDAR HILL VILLA" is walkable to everything Emerald Isle has to offer and feels like you are staying in a tree home with a new HOT TUB on the ground level deck! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanside home is a 3-min. walk to both the beach and the Emerald Isle bicycle trail. Supplied in your rental is the ENTIRE HOME, which includes the 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom main home upstairs and a separate groundfloor apartment, linked via an internal staircase in the garage. The handicap-accessible groundfloor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and also has two separate entrances via the back garden and the side of the garage. Wonderful for in-laws, grandparents or other friends and family who want to be together in one home but also have their own private space. Each unit also has their own private washer and dryer and upgraded kitchens. The beach access is on our street (no steps), and you can see the ocean from the street as you drive up. Our kitchen comes well-outfitted, and we include your basic oils, spices, condiments, detergents, and paper goods with your rental. Outside, sun yourself on the upper deck, or grab a spot in the shade on our lower deck. We have an enclosed outdoor shower with a changing area for those who like to feel the breeze. Beach chairs and a bucket of toys are included.

The condo is located in a gated oceanfront community with three pools (one indoor and heated), tennis courts, grille, gym, beach side restroom. The gate card can be used to access these facilitites. Numerous stores and restarunts are close by. The entire area is walkable and bicycle freindly. This third floor refreshed studio includes a fullly equiped kitchen, vaulted ceiling, WIFI, intelligent TV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and queen size bed - linenes, body wash, and shampoo are included. Two sizable adorondack chairs are on the balacony to watch the sunrise or sun set! The studio feel open and airy. There is not an elevator on the property. Throughout the year, propery managment will schedule the exterminator. During your stay, if you do not wish for them enter the condo, you may decline. There are ocasional maintence that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include painting, exterior work, lawn care, etc.
